In addition to the CD cover personalization shown above, "A Gift of Remembrance / from The Designated Giver’s Name” is printed on the "inside" cover--the area seen when the CD case is open. For example the “Designated Giver’s Name” could be “The Staff & Residents / of Golden City Care & Rehab” or “The Riverview Hospice Team” or “Your Friends at The Oaks Retirement Center”.  Additional text such as poetry or Scripture may also be printed on the inside cover, according to your preferences.
