Selection of CDs:
Considering the 5-THEMES and the six CD choices available, you would select a CD (+ optional matching sympathy card) for each bereaved family according to what you think they would most appreciate. Please note that "Eagles Wings" and "The Quiet Heart" are interdenominational, religious CDs. "Wind Beneath My Wings" features inspirational popular songs from recent decades. The other three choices are "Quiet Classics" (lite classical), "Quiet Valor" (patriotic) and "Silent Night" (Christmas). The patriotic CD is a very appropriate gift for the family of a deceased veteran.

Personalization of CDs:
All CDs are individually personalized with "In Loving Memory / Name of Deceased" on the cover AND with "A Gift of Remembrance / from The Designated Giver’s Name” on the "inside" cover--the part seen when the CD is opened. For example the “Designated Giver Name” could be “The Staff & Residents / of Bayside Care & Rehab” or “The Lakeview Hospice Team” or “Your Friends at the Elm Grove Community”. Personalization of Matching Sympathy Cards:
These sample card pictures illustrate a message of condolence in the form of a poem, into which the “Name” of the deceased resident/patient can be inserted. Also please check out sample card messages. These examples illustrate some possibilities which you are free to use. Or you can modify them or simply write your own.

Presentation of Gift-Wrapped CDs & Cards:
The presentation of these personalized gift CDs & cards is enhanced by using silver, gold and blue gift-wrappers, according to what best matches the selected CD. In addition to the gift-wrappers, beautiful Deluxe Matching Mailers are now available for $1.50 extra per gift CD!

Although these gift CDs retail for $28.45 (incl. shipping), the discounted basic program price is only $18.45, including gift-wrapped CD, matching sympathy card & shipping, using a standard, white bubble mailer. (Deluxe mailer included for $19.95) And for those times when it’s hard to choose between 2 or more family members, you can order additional, identical gifts for just $10 each, including shipping to separate addresses. How To Order:

How to Pay:
Invoices are generally faxed or e-mailed when the balance exceeds $100 (6 individual orders = $107.70). You can either bill to a credit card on file or pay by check.

One at a Time Sample Starter Kit (OPTIONAL):
Please call 800-252-5954 or send an e-mail to henry@quietheartmusic.com to receive a complete Sample Starter Kit. This will include 6 CDs along with 6 matching cards for only $30 plus shipping. (+ PA sales tax, if applicable.) There is no additional “set-up” fee. All CD covers & matching cards will be personalized according to your expressed preferences and will serve as your reference for possible future orders. These personalized imprints also serve as a “draft”, so changes can be made if you so desire. Your personalized card & cover templates will be kept on file indefinitely. Requested changes can be made at any time at no cost. Ordering the Sample Starter Kit does not obligate you to participate in this program. (Limit: 1 Sample Starter Kit per Organization available at this introductory price; sorry, only professional requests can be honored). An invoice will be included with the Sample Starter Kit.
